Job Description
The Opportunity:
Are you passionate about combining your investigations expertise with big picture business thinking to empower innovation, drive critical missions, and deliver enduring growth and value? As a senior investigations attorney, you will partner with experienced investigators to conduct internal investigations into potential violations of law or company policy, and manage external investigations conducted by enforcement agencies. You will be responsible for developing investigations strategy, conducting the investigations, performing root cause analysis, and recommending remedial actions. You will also advise senior business leaders on investigations and other issues creating legal risk to the company, and partner with other members of the legal department to recommend program enhancements, develop and deliver trainings, and take additional steps to mitigate risk for the company. At Booz Allen, you’ll join a global team of experts driven to excel and realize values-driven change for our clients, colleagues, and communities. We bring bold thinking to complex challenges for a diverse base of public- and private-sector clients stretching across a wide swath of industries, in the U.S. and internationally.
On our team, you’ll build trusted partnerships across the firm and collaborate with fellow members of the Legal, Ethics and Compliance team to protect and advance the company, while navigating the complex, multifaceted, and often novel legal and compliance risks we face today. Guided by Booz Allen’s purpose and values, together we’ll anticipate and proactively prepare for the issues we’ll encounter tomorrow. This position is a hybrid role with a combination of working at a Booz Allen office and working remotely. The senior investigations attorney is expected to be located in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area.
