IT Project Manager, Senior

You’ll move quickly in an exciting and fluid environment to lead the Agile development of a project roadmap, establish project milestones, and implement metrics to track progress, while bringing people together to make a tangible difference.

You Have:
- Experience with software development project management or data management
- Experience with Agile principles
- Experience with Microsoft Project
- Experience with cross functional management
- Knowledge of technical principles, theories, and concepts
- Knowledge of multiple DoD customers
- Ability to communicate across communities
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree
Nice If You Have:
- Experience working in a deadline-driven environment, handling and prioritizing multiple tasks
- Experience in system architecture and design
- Experience with government environments and standards
- Experience with Cloud and DevOps principles
- Knowledge of Jira, ETL, SQL, and Microsoft programs, including Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio
- Ability to work under general direction, independently determining and developing approaches to solutions
- Possession of excellent problem-solving skills
- Possession of excellent written and verbal communications skills, including executive-level presentations
- PMP or Scrum Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $96,600.00 to $220,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
