Key Role:
Prepare and execute functional and tabletop exercises working alongside recovery teams to ensure efficacy of recovery strategies, document outcomes, and ensure standards are met. Collaborate with Information Technology departments to discuss resiliency strategies and solutions for all supported systems and applications while enhancing staff awareness and preparedness. Establish and build positive working relationships with team members, stakeholders, and customers. Support information gathering and assessment of resiliency strategies and procedures, ensuring completeness and accuracy. Support business continuity initiatives and conduct Business Impact Analysis. Design and conduct tabletop and functional exercises for critical systems and applications to ensure the company can effectively prepare for any unforeseen events or disruptions. Develop lessons learned and artifacts in support of tabletop and functional exercises. Develop and maintain business continuity and disaster recovery plans. Provide insight and recommendations to strengthen resiliency strategies based on industry standards. Identify potential risks, vulnerabilities, and threats to the company.
Basic Qualifications:
Experience orchestrating planning sessions and executing tabletop and functional exercises
Experience conducting Business Impact Analysis and developing Business Continuity Plans
Experience administering business continuity tools, such as Fusion
Experience with regulatory and industry standards and best practices, such as ISO 22301 or NIST
Experience fostering collaboration and teamwork across departments
Knowledge of Information Technology (IT) systems, disaster recovery testing, and methodologies for OnPrem, Cloud and Hybrid environments
Ability to organize and manage competing priorities
Ability to ask questions, evaluate options, and gather information
Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of experience training in business continuity, disaster recovery or, incident management
Additional Qualifications:
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey resiliency, disaster recovery and business continuity concepts to technical stakeholders and planning and coordinating exercises across multiple teams

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $54,000.00 to $123,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
