The Opportunity:
As the head of workplace experience, you will have accountability and oversight over developing and executing the WX program, facility management operations and environmental health and safety across the firm’s entire real estate portfolio. You will be accountable for providing oversight over our FM service provider. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
How You’ll Contribute:
Serve on the Global Workplace leadership team.
Build a team and culture that performs in a highly proactive, responsive, dynamic, and agile manner to support key stakeholders across the firm rooted in a hospitality mindset.
Proactively develop and manage key SLAs for FM operations and proactively manage end user engagement ensuring expected service levels are achieved.
Collaborate with other Global Workplace functions (Strategy & Transactions, PMO Capabilities) and other internal cross functional teams (IT, HR, Security) to ensure integration and alignment across both WX and FM operations.
Provide excellent customer service and serve as Global Workplace’s SME for WX and FM Services to all key internal clients and stakeholders.
Maintain master level knowledge of key vendor contracts and development and oversight of the correlating SLA and KPIs
Reimagine and reengineer all process flows for all WX and FM delivery operations in coordination with other Global Workplace functions and our integrated service provider.
Continuously identify innovative opportunities and best practices to achieve greater efficiency with other Global Workplace functions.
Prepare, submit, and manage comprehensive facility budgets on an annual basis.
Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes that may impact the WX and FM operations.
Anticipate and respond to needs and concerns of multiple stakeholders and transform problems into opportunities.

You Have:
8+ years of experience with working in a professional services organization
3+ years of experience in working cross functionally with oversight over an FM organization
Experience with briefing all levels of staff, including senior leadership
Experience with creating polished reports and decks for presentation to senior leadership
Experience with financial management, including financial tracking, budgeting, and forecasting
Experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Knowledge of corporate real estate
Ability to be detail orientated with a strategic and analytical outlook
Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience with working in hospitality
Experience with corporate real estate
Experience with majority outsourced organization structures
Possession of excellent leadership and relationship building skills
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Facility Management, Building, Business, or a related field
Facilities Management Association (FMA) or Certified Facility Manager (CFM) Certification
Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professionals (LEED AP) Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $139,400.00 to $259,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
