Key Role:
Develop, define, and document as-is design features, target architectures, and transformational roadmaps, provide the vision for how the Army ecosystem should evolve over time, and conduct trade studies to identify and compare alternative design solutions, as needed. Serve as a problem solver and Army HDQA SME across Army account programs and opportunities, including providing technical resources, industry-standard methodologies, and proven techniques to lead data solutions. Recommend data solutions to complex or ambiguous client challenges and apply Agile, Cloud Infrastructure, and Software Management expertise in defining the scope and appropriate approaches to new and emerging opportunities. Apply your strategic understanding and experience of Army domains, including business, warfighting and enterprise, Army stakeholders, and the HDQA initiatives to spearhead new and modernized Army data solutions. Provide technical leadership to solve highly complex problems and drive Army business growth including shaping, proposal, and contract execution. Advise and work with senior DoD clients, government, and corporate stakeholders to implement recommended data solutions.
Basic Qualifications:
10+ years of experience with planning, directing, coordinating, and managing programs, including Data Platforms, and Solution Architecture
10+ years of experience with leadership, including leading cross-functional teams in the areas of engineering, architecture, and analytics,
10+ years of experience with leading the design, development, and implementation of production software and complex system integrations
10+ years of experience with building and sustaining partnerships with commercial and government organizations
Experience with leveraging client relationships, market knowledge, and government acquisition best practices to position the Army account for continued growth, opportunity wins, and long-term initiatives
Experience in Web-based systems architecture and enterprise application environment, Big Data, Cloud, DoD networks, and infrastructure
Knowledge of DoD and Army policies on data, integrated product and process development (IPPD), and integrated product team (IPT) management
Ability to manage large programs and interface with senior DoD clients
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree
Additional Qualifications:
Experience with SDLC, including Agile and test-driven methodologies
Experience with Army HDQA client relationships, coordinating with market leaders to connect firm capabilities, and helping build business and solutions based on Army’s strategic initiatives
Knowledge of Army Data programs and capabilities
Ability to pick up new technologies quickly, including new Web frameworks, open-source technologies, and mobile concepts
Ability to support the development of strategic partnerships with various government, academic, and industry entities to support and drive capture
Ability to interact with a diverse group of clients and staff professionally and deliver presentations to executives, clients, and professional peers
Possession of excellent interpersonal skills
Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
Master's degree
PMP Certification
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $122,200.00 to $227,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
