The Opportunity:
As a Business Financial Manager (BFM), you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. Many programs require a significant investment of limited resources, and it’s imperative to keep the project on a productive path. That’s why we need you, an experienced BFM who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication.
On our team, you’ll implement and maintain organizational programs in support of the Department of the Navy (DON). You’ll work with key stakeholders to review contracts and project cost accounting and recommend informed financial decisions to your clients.

You Have:
- 3+ years of experience managing programs in a DoD environment
- 3+ years of experience managing finances in a DoD program
- Experience supporting the development of program budgets and schedules, and tracking financial commitments, obligations, and expenditures
- Experience with new program acquisition, solicitations, and contracting actions
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
- Experience providing analysis and support to DoD and DON programs
- Experience working with the DoD and Navy financial systems
- Experience generating military interdepartmental purchase requests or purchase request documents
- Ability to exhibit flexibility, adaptability, and teamwork
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $54,000.00 to $123,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
