Technical Program Manager

The Opportunity:

That’s why we need you, a seasoned Technical Program Manager who can ensure our program achieves success.

As a Technical Program Manager on our team, you’ll design, implement, and maintain impactful programs by guiding teams. Your client will trust you to organize and coordinate program objectives, while your team will look to you for direction as they navigate requirements, budget constraints, and staffing challenges. As an authority in the aerospace account, you’ll identify opportunities to grow the business by supporting your client’s mission. You’ll also broaden your expertise in problem management, strategic planning, reviewing contracts, and more. This is your chance to impact Air Force and Space Force operations while sharing your knowledge and expertise of program management methodologies.

You Have:

  • 6+ years of experience with technical program management 
  • 6+ years of experience with business development and proposal management  
  • 6+ years of experience supporting DoD Cyber Operations or Cyber Acquisitions
  • 6+ years of experience with financial management, including assisting in managing project budgets and forecasts 
  • 6+ years of experience managing cross-functional and cross team products
  • Ability to leverage relationships and outside resources to grow business
  • Top Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in a CS, Cybersecurity, or Engineering field
  • IAM Level III Certification

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with Agile methodology
  • Knowledge of the DoD acquisition system
  • Knowledge of AWS Cloud infrastructure
  • Ability to work with both technical and non-technical audiences, including client delivery
  • Ability to pay strict attention to detail, develop quality work products, and conduct continuous learning development
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight and communicate progress against key initiatives while accepting feedback

Clearance:  
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
