In This Role You Will:

As an organizational research management consultant on our team, you’ll lead or support organizational research projects by:

  • Interfacing with key stakeholders to identify needs.

  • Identifying and executing appropriate research methodologies to address stakeholder needs.

  • Conducting scientific literature reviews.

  • Performing descriptive and inferential statistics.

  • Conducting thematic content analysis of qualitative data.

  • Extracting key insights from data.

  • Identifying recommendations grounded in organizational science.

  • Developing client-facing deliverables.

  • Briefing or supporting briefings of results to clients across all levels of the organization.

  • Supporting data collection, analysis, and visualization aspects of high-visibility products.

You Have:

  • Experience with descriptive and inferential statistics using Excel, R, including RStudio, or SPSS

  • Experience with psychometrics

  • Experience with data visualization

  • Ability to prepare and brief senior executives on complex topics

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with supporting the Intelligence Community (IC)

  • Experience with supporting clients in the Intelligence Community

  • Experience with Tableau or Power BI

  • Experience with applied behavioral science research, research methods, survey research, or experimental design

  • Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Applied Psychology, or a related field preferred; Doctorate degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Applied Psychology, or a related field a plus

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
