Job Description
Key Role:
Support the Department of the Navy client's lines of effort (LOE). Provide support of LOE 1 with analysis of generated data, concepts, strategic engagements, foreign investments not filed through regulatory channels, and mitigation efforts for potential impact on client operations, supply, systems, or security. Identify, analyze, and evaluate complex or highly sensitive systems, policies, processes, or instrumentation regarding foreign threats to the DoD. Coordinate with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and the intelligence community to consolidate information required for preparation of engagements, meeting due outs, and requests for information from the executive council. Prepare, consolidate, and draft documents associated with directed outputs, working groups, meetings, and engagements with the intelligence community, stakeholders, and the industry. Review and analyze developing strategic guidance, technical documents, decision papers, and recommendations for the executive committee, and generate analysis and recommendations of courses of action to accomplish the desired outcomes. Assist with holistic implementation across the five LOEs.
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience with the Navy or Marine Corps, or DoD and national security work
- Ability to manage multiple competing deadlines
- TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor's degree in International Business, Finance, Economics, or Intelligence
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience working with senior executive-level officials
- Knowledge of cutting-edge technologies and associated capabilities
- Knowledge of foreign investment or international business
- Knowledge of foreign investment laws and policies
- Knowledge of acquisitions and supply chains
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Possession of excellent research and analysis skills
- Master's degree in a related field
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $60,400.00 to $137,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
