Job Description
Key Role:
Experienced as a highly skilled and motivated Semiconductor Integration Engineer. Experienced in working with tools and tool vendors to integrate multiple unit process modules into an integrated process flow. Be a subject matter expert with advanced packaging or package test knowledge.
Basic Qualifications:
Experience in semiconductor process integration and technology development
Experience designing process flows, both short-flow and fully integrated
Experience with semiconductor metrology techniques
Experience in the design of experiments and data analysis
Ability to work and collaborate across independent cross-functional teams
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or Physics
Additional Qualifications:
Experience with Advanced Packaging technologies, such as Thermo-compression bonding, hybrid bonding, silicon interposers, micro-bumping, or 3D Heterogeneous Integration
Experience working in a semiconductor fabrication facility
Experience with Wafer or Package Test
Experience with new technology or product introduction
Experience with semiconductor tool installation, start-up, and qualification
Knowledge of back-end (BEOL) processes, including dielectric deposition, CMP, TSV formation
Knowledge of photonics
Master’s degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
