Program Support Analyst

As a Program Support Analyst, you’ll bring your program support, financial, and planning expertise to work on projects for defense. You’ll plan, schedule, prepare and execute documentation for various meetings and events. You’ll be a trusted advisor to our clients, and we’ll look to you to identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies, and processes.

You’ll guide the work we do for the Air Force and the solutions we deliver for defense mission planning and national security.

You Have: 

  • 3+ years of experience with the planning, scheduling, preparation, execution, and documentation of special events such as programmatic and technical meetings, working groups, training sessions, and system demonstrations per program guidelines
  • 3+ years of experience identifying, communicating, resolving, and recommending solutions to known program or technical deficiencies by providing analytical, advisory, and technical support to leadership
  • 3+ years of experience leading, planning, organizing, managing, and accomplishing program support activities in support of daily operations and warfighting missions
  • Experience in DoD program support activities  
  • Knowledge of DoD concepts and objectives and their relationship to effective mission execution
  • Top Secret clearance
  • HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have: 

  • Experience with financial programs and operations, program support, accounting liaison and pay services, budget preparation and execution, program, cost and economic analysis, resource advisement, non-appropriated fund oversight, audit management, bank liaison, policies and procedures, fiscal law, internal controls, and quality assurance
  • Experience using Microsoft Office programs
  • Ability to travel internationally
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, including technical writing
  • Bachelor's degree

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $60,400.00 to $137,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
