As an IT business analyst, you’ll work to analyze business processes, identify solutions, and conduct risk analysis. Working with your team, you’ll work with government clients to discover their cyber risks, understand applicable policies, and develop a mitigation plan.

This is your opportunity to build skills in cybersecurity (CS). You’ll work with government clients to discover their cyber risks, understand applicable policies, and develop a mitigation plan to secure their networks and systems. You will build experience in knowledge management (KM) initiatives to efficiently capture, communicate, and promote projects, products, business processes, and services for government clients.

You Have: 

  • Experience working in a professional environment with Microsoft 365 software and tools

  • Knowledge of cybersecurity, vulnerability management, and network security principles

  • Knowledge of Linux or Windows operating systems

  • Ability to perform in a highly dynamic, fast-paced environment with aggressive project timelines and continual client delivery

  • Ability to interact in cross-functional team meetings

  • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance

  • Associate’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or Information Systems

  • CompTIA Security+ Certification

  

Nice If You Have: 

  • Experience with cybersecurity and IT compliance

  • Knowledge of Information Technology systems or cybersecurity tools

  • Knowledge of NIST Special Publications

  • Ability to perform Knowledge Management functions

  • Secret clearance

  • Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or Information Systems

  • Microsoft Azure Fundamentals or AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $54,000.00 to $123,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
