The Opportunity:
As an analytic training facilitator on our team, you’ll help your client by providing intelligence training and support to course development and administration. Using your comprehensive understanding of various intelligence disciplines, functions, analytic tradecraft, production cycles, publication standards, community writing styles, and best practices, you’ll assist in delivering relevant course instruction to our military and government clients. As an authority on your topic, your client will look to you for recommendations, comprehensive reviews, and program support often under pressure.

You Have:
8+ years of experience in intelligence analysis
Experience serving as an intelligence instructor or trainer
Experience in all-source analysis, collection management, joint target intelligence analysis, or ISR collection and analysis
Experience briefing senior military and government officials
Experience using learning management systems
Knowledge of intelligence community standards and policies, including ICD 203 and 206
Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
12+ years of experience in intelligence analysis
Experience as an intelligence analyst or instructor supporting CCMD or component organizations
Knowledge of defense intelligence topics relevant to the CENTCOM AOR
Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills, including confidently interfacing with leaders and students
Master's degree
DoD or Intelligence Instructor Course Certifications
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $67,600.00 to $154,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
