Foreign Disclosure Analyst and Representative

The Opportunity:

As a Foreign Disclosure Analyst and Representative, you’ll provide direct support to the U.S. Marine Corps with advice on intelligence sharing policy and liaison protocol issues, and identify partner nation requirements. In addition, you’ll use your subject matter expertise to advise in matters of foreign disclosure by assisting in the adjudication of classified and controlled unclassified information for release to foreign partners and international organizations as part of a critical national security mission. You’ll review drafts of all-source intelligence analysis products and other publications for releasability to other organizations and governments. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to compile and validate intelligence source material and advise on writing for release techniques and disclosure methodology. You’ll review and provides recommendations on the releasability of intelligence information based on U.S. laws, regulations, and policies. You will assist in the development and delivery of foreign disclosure training curriculum. This position may require travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations.

You Have: 

  • Knowledge of Intelligence Community Directives (ICD), including ICD 203, 206, and 208

  • Knowledge of foreign disclosure principles, including ICD 403, DoDD 5230.11, and NDP-1

  • Knowledge of joint command and subordinate organization’s structure, role, and command relationship

  • TS/SCI clearance

  • Master's degree in International Affairs, Political Science, or Intelligence and 3+ years of experience with foreign disclosure, Bachelor's degree in International Affairs, Political Science, or Intelligence and 6+ years of experience with foreign disclosure, or 10+ years of experience with foreign disclosure in lieu of a degree

Nice If You Have: 

  • Experience working with the U.S. Marine Corps, including at the Command or Headquarters level

  • Experience working on a mobile training team (MTT) or similar role providing foreign disclosure guidance and training

  • Knowledge of U.S. Navy and USMC specific foreign disclosure guidance, including SECNAV Instruction 5510.34A and MCO 5510.20C

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
