Communications Network Program Manager, Senior

The Opportunity:  

As a communications network program manager on our team, you’ll help your client manage its information and data feeds to enable the dissemination of time-critical information to the warfighter. Using your expert understanding of intelligence, operational data, information technology and communications systems, you’ll monitor the flow and transfer of multiple sources of information and provide oversight to ensure the security, integrity, and availability of mission-critical data.

As an expert in your field, your client will look to you for recommendations and technical solutions, often under pressure. This is a chance to grow your expertise and network, develop new skills in information systems management, and share your techniques and methodologies with fellow analysts, mission managers, and program executives. We focus on growing as a team to deliver the best support to our customers, so you’ll have resources for mentoring and learning new skills and tools.

You Have: 

  • 8+ years of experience managing intelligence information and data systems

  • 4+ years of experience supporting the DoD or IC

  • Experience with information and data dissemination and oversight

  • Experience developing, validating, and documenting system technical solutions and SOPs

  • Knowledge of intelligence disciplines and operational data sources

  • Knowledge of communications security standards

  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have: 

  • 12+ years of experience managing intelligence information and data systems

  • Experience as a technical network project manager supporting CCMD or component organizations

  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, to confidently interface with leadership

  • Master's degree

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
