We’re looking for Business Liaison who can translate IT program goals into well designed roadmaps, and who can relentlessly communicate across teams and with senior leaders to ensure program goals are achieved.
This is an opportunity to have a direct impact on our client and its partners. In this role, you’ll engage with clients to collect, understand, and track their activities. You’ll influence the planning and development of the IT Strategy and Roadmap and collaborate with others to drive continuous improvements to products, services, or standardization of IT systems and processes. You’ll serve as Liaison between technology and customers, ensuring the feasibility of requirements and communicating progress against stated goals. Join us as we deliver IT solutions for the better.

You have:
4+ years of experience as a Liaison between technology and business end-users
Experience defining, documenting, and tracking resource scheduling requirements and allocations to ensure the availability of resources
Experience developing a Strategy or Roadmap
Experience communicating project status and approach to team members, stakeholders, and clients
Ability to analyze and manage project risks and issues
Ability to manage client’s IT expectations and satisfaction and manage customer or stakeholder relationships
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience with ServiceNow solutions
Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
PMP Certification
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
