What You’ll Do:
As a business analytics consultant on our team, you’ll:
Consult on using business intelligence data for predictive analytics and facilitate the implementation of new tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, and PowerApps.
Develop and maintain Power BI solutions, including dashboards, updating existing dashboards, and serving as a workspace Administrator
Administer quantitative and qualitative modeling techniques to data through advanced data visualization and data management practices.
Apply analytical best practices for data collection, aggregation, normalization, and analysis.
Analyze and process data, while contributing to the development of models and report templates and developing dynamic, data-driven solutions using Power BI, SQL, and other relevant technologies.
Recommend and implement appropriate performance measures to be produced, including lifts, efficiencies, confidence intervals, and other statistical metrics.
Provide guidance to clients and fellow team members.
Provide business clients with detailed, actionable reports documenting the findings from data processing and data analysis for manpower, logistics, and business systems and external customers across the enterprise

You Have:
3+ years of experience with Data Science
Experience applying data management, data analysis, and data visualization
Experience with Power BI
Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and database management systems
Ability to design multiple data visualization techniques and apply the most appropriate visualization tailored to various audiences
Ability to present complex data findings simply and understandably to non-technical audiences
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics
Nice If You Have:
Experience with PEO MLB, PEO Digital, NIWC PAC, NIWC LANT, or NAVWAR
Experience in crafting custom M365 tools and capabilities, including Power Automate flows, PowerApps within M365, and ancillary services on Azure, to meet PEO MLB requirements
Experience with specialized project management support in a Navy acquisition program or project management support with the Department of Defense (DoD)
Knowledge of business processes
Ability to align data analysis with business goals
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and multiple business stakeholders
Ability to stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in data visualization and analytics
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $54,000.00 to $123,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
