Engineering Technician, Senior

Key Role:

Perform work related to assembly or fabrication of electrical, electronic, or mechanical components or equipment, including the operations of mechanical machinery, calibration equipment, power tools, or electronic tooling. Apply technical expertise and industry knowledge to programs or projects. May assist in the development of solutions to complex problems. Work with minimal supervision within established procedures and practices. May serve as informal lead or mentor to more junior team members.

Basic Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in drafting, design, manufacturing, or prototyping

• Experience implementing Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)

• Experience with CAD modeling software such as SolidWorks and Catia

• Knowledge of prototyping and fabrication

• Secret clearance

• HS diploma or GED

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
