The Opportunity:
Join our strategic engagements planning team and serve a key role in shaping maritime security. You will have the exciting opportunity to plan and deliver high-impact engagements with senior leaders to strengthen maritime cooperation. Your role will involve strategic planning, technical support, and oversight for the implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of these engagements. Imagine yourself at the forefront of planning conferences, symposiums, forums, courses, and staff talks for international chiefs of defense, naval chiefs, and other senior-level experts and officials. Your efforts will directly contribute to enhancing international relations and strategic partnerships.
In this role, you will lead planning for specific events and oversee task management processes, ensuring seamless planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting of engagements. You Have:
5+ years of experience with project management and strategic communications
5+ years of experience with event planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting
Experience creating professional, senior-level communications products
TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor’s degree in a Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, Communications, or Public Relations field
Nice If You Have:
Experience coordinating with embassies and security cooperation offices
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
Project Management Professional Certification
Completion of Maritime Staff Operators Course
Graduate of a Command and Staff College
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
