Key Role:
Conduct the day-to-day scheduling and management of Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIFs) and make sure all visitors and the workforce are complying and adhering to government sensitive and classified information and physical security program standards. Address Compartmented Access Program (CAP) requests for access, eligibility verifications, billeted or bigoted compartment coordination, indoctrination briefings, and on-time read-ins. Maintain detailed CAP billet management system, tracking all names, positions, and organizations for each billeted compartment.
Basic Qualifications:
Experience managing the day-to-day actions for SCIFs, including scheduling, opening, and closing
Experience with audits of classified material and inspections of classified material storage facilities, SCIFs, or containers
Knowledge of information requiring protection, including documents, materials, and devices, and designating the level of protection based on prescribed parameters, well-defined procedures, and internal and external policies
Knowledge of commonly applied information security principles, concepts, and methodologies and how they resolve well-defined questions or conditions
Ability to identify and perform preliminary inquiries of incidents involving the mishandling of classified information
Ability to design and conduct information security inspections and surveys in support of efforts to assess the security of the organization's classified national security information procedures and implementing policies
Top Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience in industrial security, or 7+ years of experience in industrial security in lieu of a degree
Additional Qualifications:
Experience planning and providing instruction covering a wide variety of security topics in well-established areas of a security program
Knowledge of how to assist with the classification and declassification of materials and information
Ability to conduct SCI security briefings, indoctrinations, debriefings, and training on classified material or SSO-related material and topics
Ability to obtain signed nondisclosure agreements and provide guidance and assistance for processing SCI position and eligibility requests for assigned military, government, and contractor personnel
Ability to assist with the research and preparation of classified material policy and management recommendations and reports
Ability to produce timely, logical, and concise analytic reports, documents, assessments, studies, and briefing materials using Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, electronic or soft copy matrices, or web-enabled formats
Ability to recommend follow-up actions and closure of preliminary inquiries
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $54,000.00 to $123,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
