As an International Partnership Assessment SME, you’ll bring your analytical and assessment expertise to support the development of strategic partnerships with domestic and international governmental entities and organizations. You’ll complete tasks associated with planning, coordinating, and preparing a defense client for meetings, conferences, and visits with allies, services, agencies, commands, and other parties, including visiting coordination, logistics, and information packages. You’ll be a trusted advisor to our clients, and we’ll look to you to compile and coordinate approval packages for agreements. Additionally, you will plan, support, and assess Security Cooperation activities, organize and support international engagements, and follow defense international agreements and security cooperation processes.

You have:
5+ years of experience with building and sustaining international or domestic partner relationships
Experience supporting international engagement and theater security cooperation efforts, providing objective recommendations on the partnership
Knowledge of defense security cooperation concepts, procedures, and execution, as conducted by Combatant Commands
Ability to analyze and provide objective assessments of the pros and cons of initiating, expanding, reducing, or ending a partnership
Ability to develop MoEs/MoPs to be used to assess the progress of each international partnership objectively and consistently
Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
Bachelor's degree
Nice to have:
Experience coordinating formal requests for collection by the IC to support engagement assessment activities
Experience making recommendations to leadership on partnership assessment process changes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness as well as on new service offerings to enhance support to the partner assessment effort
Ability to analyze single-source and all-source intelligence information to produce informal, in-house assessments, reports, articles, threat analyses, or special studies in support of assessing partners
Master's degree
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
