Space Mission Integrator
Key Role:
Integrate Combatant Command and Space Service Component requirements with current and future space research, development, and procurement programs. Provide subject matter expertise in support of the Space and Joint mission areas. Provide expert consultation supporting organizing, training, and equipping functions, including Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) activities, Analyses of Alternatives (AoAs), Concept of Operation (CONOPs), and Defense Acquisitions. Integrate with stakeholders to develop innovative solutions for operational and strategic changes. Prepare and deliver reports and briefings to clients and senior leaders. Leverage knowledge of operations and defense acquisition processes to support government acquisitions and integrating space warfighter requirements. Provide supervisory and thought leadership to teams supporting space missions.
Basic Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience within DoD Space Operations
- Experience supporting Combatant Commands and Service Component Commands
- Knowledge of Space Systems Command (SSC) organizational construct and mission
- Knowledge of the DoD requirements and acquisition processes
- Ability to research, develop, organize, and present materials for senior company and DoD leadership
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
- TS/SCI clearance
- Master’s degree
Additional Qualifications:
- 15+ years of experience within DoD Space Operations
- Experience serving in a leadership position on a Joint or Service Staff
- Experience with using analytical tools to display the impacts of capability tradeoffs and impacts on potential alternatives such as CAMEO or DAF DEE
- Experience with performing risk analyses and proposing risk mitigations
- Experience with Joint Exercises
- Experience with technical writing
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced Military Studies Graduate such as SAMS or JAWS
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
