As a data architect on our law enforcement team, you’ll use your technical expertise to design data architecture solutions. You’ll resolve routine data architecture-related issues in collaboration with business analysts and technology teams. In this role, you’ll apply best practices and tools to deliver solutions to their toughest challenges. You’ll grow your technical experience as you assist in the design, definition, development, and testing of cloud solution components, serving as a liaison between clients and developers to ensure that requirements are met, and solutions are delivered.

You Have:
Experience with statistical and general-purpose programming languages for data analysis, including Python or SQL
Experience with distributed data and computing tools, including Spark, Databricks, Hadoop, and Hive
Experience with data visualization tools, including PowerBI, or Tableau
Experience with acquiring client requirements and resolving workflow problems through automation optimization
Experience working in a team environment for application development
Top Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience with data exploration, data cleaning, data analysis, data visualization, or data mining, or 12+years of experience with data exploration, data cleaning, data analysis, data visualization, or data mining in lieu of a degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience managing classified and sensitive data
Experience with the full software development life cycle on large-scale, multi-tier, and full-stack enterprise applications
Experience with Agile engineering practices
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
