Project Management Specialist

We’re looking for someone like you to help our clients meet their mission by providing support to our clients.

You'll engage with clients to collect, understand, and define their mission requirements, analyze and translate those requirements into project plans and milestones, and create realistic schedules to manage and report progress. You'll write and deliver executive leadership-level communications and briefings. It requires someone who is dedicated to identifying challenges, mitigating risks, and supporting a team with vision and focus. That’s why we need a seasoned Project Management Specialst who can ensure our client's program achieves success.

You Have: 

• Experience with operational planning, establishment, execution, and evaluation of a multifaceted program or project

• Experience with performing project management tasks, including conducting meetings, integrating project or vendor tracking and analysis, and reviewing project or vendor deliverables

• Experience developing and implementing assigned projects, including fiscal, operational, administrative, and human resources management

• Experience as the principal point of representation and liaison with external constituencies on operational matters, including technical or professional guidance and leadership

• Knowledge of SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Excel

• Ability to develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports in accordance with quality standards

• Public Trust

• Bachelor's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $54,000.00 to $123,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
