As an exercise planner on our team, you’ll lead the development, implementation, and measurement of the effectiveness of plans and procedures for clients, creating rich content using Combatant Command experience to help you tell a realistic story. You’ll listen to client challenges and identify threats, gaps, or risks that need to be explored and provide a safe space for recommendations that will make lasting, real-world impact.
As a leader in the firm’s Army Intelligence Market, you’ll have the chance to work alongside senior leaders on projects that are making an impact on critical missions. You’ll share your expertise and collaborate with the industry’s best trainers and coaches through our custom “Train the Trainer” programs like Wargame and Exercise Design.

You Have:
10+ years of experience in Intelligence Operations, Data Science, Cyber Operations, Intelligence Collection, or Intelligence Exploitation
10+ years of experience developing training materials, SOPs, and user guides and giving classroom instruction
TS/SCI clearance
HS diploma or GED
Nice If You Have:
5+ years of experience conducting joint exercise support at one of the DoD’s Unified Combatant Commands such as USSOCOM, USCENTCOM, USINDOPACOM, USAFRICOM, USTRANSCOM, USNORTHCOM, USSOUTHCOM, USCYBERCOM, USTRATCOM, USECOM, and USSPACECOM
5+ years of experience participating in training product development sessions and instructing training classes
Knowledge of the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE) process
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
