The Opportunity:
Our team is seeking a motivated self-starter with experience in the overall planning, direction, and success of cybersecurity programs, systems development efforts, and research or technology initiatives that are significant to the Navy’s submarine cybersecurity needs. You will use your experience being responsible for the overall cybersecurity program definition, organization, and direction of short- and long-range plans, as well as experience establishing and controlling technical milestones, schedules, budgets, and costs. You will formulate and guide the technical approach and provide consultation regarding defining and negotiating with activity and agency personnel for necessary resources.

You Have:
5+ years of experience with Navy Program Management
3+ years of experience with cybersecurity or Risk Management Framework
Ability to analyze, update, develop, and process program documentation, including technical approaches, spend plans, or risk reporting
Ability to develop, document, or implement new processes
Ability to be proactive and work independently and within a team environment
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, CS, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or Information Systems
DoD IAT Level II Cyber Certification
Nice If You Have:
2+ years of experience working as an Information Systems Security Officer
Experience with NAVSEA or Team Submarine
Experience with the Submarine Warfare Federated Tactical System (SWFTS)
Experience working with various Navy cybersecurity processes and entities
Experience working with eMASS
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $67,700.00 to $154,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
