Security Cooperation Assessment, Monitoring, and Evaluation Analyst

As an Assessment, Monitoring, and Evaluation (AM&E) professional, you’ll bring your expertise to support the management and oversight of policies, processes, and templates for the security cooperation enterprise. You’ll support and maintain policy for multi-year, multi-authority security cooperation initiatives, provide support to independent strategic evaluations, and monitor security cooperation activities in coordination with stakeholders to capture and disseminate best practices and lessons learned. You’ll be a trusted advisor to our clients, and we’ll look to you to identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies, and processes in support of the security cooperation mission.

You’ll guide the work we do for security cooperation AM&E and the solutions we deliver for the security cooperation enterprise.

You Have: 

  • 5+ years of experience with AM&E

  • Experience in regional security issues, coordinating interagency and international events, supporting international programs, or defense training and education

  • Ability to work full-time onsite at the Pentagon

  • Ability to prepare and coordinate briefings, memoranda, reports, emails, and other written documents

  • Top Secret clearance

  • Master's degree in Financial Management, Political Science, Intelligence, International Relations, or National Security Studies

  • Monitoring and Evaluation Certification

Nice If You Have: 

  • Experience supporting congressional engagements

  • Knowledge of DoD Security Cooperation AM&E Policy and significant security cooperation initiative-centric planning process

  • Ability to provide recommendations on security cooperation process and program improvement

  • TS/SCI clearance

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
