Logistics and Facilities Advisor, Senior

Key Role:

Provide expert-level advice and guidance to senior government leadership on a wide range of strategic and operational issues related to logistics, facilities management, and readiness areas. Support strategic planning, program execution, budget development, and interagency coordination, specifically within the context of supporting cyber operations globally. Leverage extensive experience and subject matter expertise to assist the organization in achieving its mission objectives.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience providing strategic advice and recommendations on matters for logistics, facilities management, mission infrastructure, readiness, contract management, safety, special programs oversight, financial or material recommendations, military construction (MILCON) projects, and Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE)
  • Experience advising on the sustainment of capabilities for CONUS and OCONUS commands and personnel
  • Experience providing expertise on matters of mission infrastructure, readiness reporting, and identification and resolution of readiness gaps
  • Experience advising on MILCON projects, including requirements definition, prioritization, and execution
  • Experience advising government leadership on PPBE matters to ensure budgetary support for facilities, infrastructure, and planning requirements, including cyber mission requirements
  • Knowledge of enterprise safety programs
  • Ability to advise on contract management, acquisition strategies, and compliance
  • Ability to provide oversight and policy guidance for secure infrastructure and physical security maintenance programs
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Master’s degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $96,600.00 to $220,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
