Application Development Project Manager

In this role, you’ll manage the delivery of the most advanced digital solutions. You’ll work closely with clients to use the latest architectural approaches and open-source frameworks and tools to deliver complete end-to-end solutions to your clients. You’ll move quickly in an exciting and fluid environment to guide the Agile development of a project roadmap, establish project milestones, and implement metrics to track progress, while bringing people together to make a tangible difference.

You Have:
10+ years of experience in IT, software engineering, and systems engineering areas
5+ years of experience designing, modifying, developing, writing, and implementing software programming applications using agile methods
5+ years of experience in software development with basic programming languages, technologies, tools, or web development stacks
Experience with Agile methodology, extreme programming, software engineering, product management, and software products
Experience with Kubernetes infrastructure or Appian development platforms
Experience leading and overseeing development activities with status briefings delivered to leadership, stakeholders, and project teams
Experience acquiring client requirements and resolving workflow problems through automation optimization
Ability to work with automated testing tools to perform testing and maintenance
Top Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience with Java, Python, C#, C/C++, .NET, JavaScript, React, NodeJS, PHP, or Drupal
Experience with administration of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub actions, or similar
Experience creating solutions to complex problems within a collaborative, cross-functional team
Experience with information systems and conveying the application development process to project teams and managers
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
