That’s why we need you, a financial analyst who can navigate the requirements, policies, and regulations that govern funding, to make sure our Department of Defense (DoD) United States Marine Corps (USMC) resources can make the most impact.
As a financial analyst on our team, you’ll work on a financial management strategy with our defense clients in support of the warfighter, aiding in the acquisition of products and services needed for optimal end strength and ensuring that their mission is our mission.
On our team, you’ll serve as a financial functional expert by supporting programmatic efforts, including assisting with financial reports and coordinating responses on all requests for program budgetary information, tracking and analyzing financial performance metrics and providing detailed reports, and preparing funding execution documents utilizing Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI) software in accordance with the Office of Budget (FMB), USMC, and DoD standards.

You Have:
3+ years of experience delivering financial management support to a DoD or federal organization
Experience with contract financial management, spend plan maintenance, and recommending financial strategies for program execution
Experience planning, tracking, and meeting due dates for multiple tasks across several programs
Experience with Microsoft Suite, including Power BI, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Knowledge of DoD Financial Management Regulation (FMR) and principles of acquisition financial planning
Ability to collaborate successfully with individuals at all levels to accomplish tasks within stated deadlines
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience supporting the USMC
Experience with the DAI financial system
Ability to assist with managing long-range budget analysis
Defense Financial Manager (CDFM), Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA), or DoD Financial Management (FM) Certification
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $52,900.00 to $108,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
