Key Role:
Provide strategic guidance and technical subject matter expertise to support market leads across a variety of client areas, specifically in the various aspects of the SIGINT and Cyber missions as they relate to Hard Targets. These disciplines may include, but are not limited to, TechSIGINT, Cyber Non-Kinetic Effects, Electronic Warfare, and the application of Artificial Intelligence to the SIGINT and Cyber mission. Engage with senior clients, including non-DoD IC organizations, such as USGC, and non-IC organizations, such as CISA, to identify opportunities for support to critical missions. Identify mission-critical work and suitable contracts to execute tactical sales and pursue OTAs, Pilots, and other whitespace work for new capabilities and emerging mission needs for assigned non-DoD client organizations. Conduct regular status and strategy meetings with the Booz Allen market leadership to link client organizations to Booz Allen’s product or service strategies. Assist with major capture efforts arising from assigned client opportunities from start to finish, and support business staff in assigned client captures that are especially demanding. Partner with other market leaders on company-wide initiatives, and lead capture efforts that have a measurable impact on business growth. Maintain a broad and collaborative network across the company and engage in networking to establish an internal and industry reputation as a recognized expert in the CHT community.
Basic Qualifications:
15+ years of experience in a leadership role managing large technical portfolios within the IC
10+ years of experience directly supporting the IC, including senior-level engagement
8+ years of experience working on complex technical solutions that support the IC, including cyber solutions or cyber operations
Experience collaborating across Government stakeholders to successfully develop and deploy full cyber kill chain solutions to achieve mission outcomes
Experience engaging with key stakeholders to discuss CHT capabilities and services, including driving program of record creation and driving successful Government-Industry partnerships through the creation of a collaborative, team-centric culture
Knowledge of the acquisition life cycle
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
Bachelor’s degree
Additional Qualifications:
Experience working with IC acquisition centers and Key Client Mission Stakeholders
Experience with developing and maintaining effective internal and external business relationships with clients and industry partners
Experience with using Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, Excel, and Word
Experience with the successful execution of all phases of large, multi-year capture efforts
Experience establishing relationships in the DoD and IC government and industry communities
Knowledge of Full Spectrum Cyber Operations, including the cyber kill chain, CNO, CNA, and OCO development, and Cyber Defense
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $162,800.00 to $303,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
