Job Description:
Monitors budget execution, acquisition milestones, and MILCON or Host Nation Funded Construction (HNFC) allocations through integrated dashboards and financial systems to ensure compliance with U.S. and Government of Japan (GOJ) fiscal policies. Supports cost modeling, variance analysis, and forecasting to keep projects aligned with funding requirements and strategic objectives. Leverages strong data literacy skills to interpret financial data, generate actionable insights, and provide transparent reporting to stakeholders.
Basic Qualifications:
Knowledge of financial management tools and dashboard platforms, such as Excel, SAP, Oracle, or Power BI
Knowledge of U.S. MILCON and Host Nation fiscal regulations and compliance requirements
Ability to analyze complex financial data and communicate findings clearly
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting and 3+ years of experience monitoring budgets, procurement processes, or financial reporting in government or defense sectors or 5+ years of experience monitoring budgets, procurement processes, or financial reporting in government or defense sectors in lieu of a degree
Additional Qualifications:
Experience with Host Nation Funded Construction (HNFC) or international defense acquisition processes
Knowledge of integrated project management information systems (PMIS) and cost modeling software
Knowledge of data visualization tools and financial forecasting techniques
Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Certifications
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $52,900.00 to $108,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
