On our team, you'll translate your customer’s software needs and future goals into a plan by developing and implementing effective software design specifications. You’ll use the latest software control systems like AWS to design an effective software architecture. Your technical expertise will be vital as you create software solutions using Agile development.
In this role, you’ll directly impact defense by designing crucial software schemes that’ll support warfighters. With your technical expertise, mentoring, and opportunities to learn new tools and skills, you’ll help grow a team that develops the best solutions for our customers.

You Have:
3+ years of experience developing, maintaining, and adapting software applications in an agile manner to meet user requirements
Experience with C++, .NET, Linux, Go, Gradle, NPM, Yarn, PHP, Python, Ruby, or RUST
Ability to analyze and test software within an automated DevSecOps environment
Ability to troubleshoot coding problems quickly and efficiently to ensure a productive workplace
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience with Java, JavaScript, React, Angular, or NodeJS
Experience using AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform services
Experience implementing machine learning algorithms to enhance AI capabilities
Experience integrating natural language processing systems for AI-powered applications
Knowledge of relational databases (RDBMS), NoSQL, columnar, graph data stores, and structured and unstructured data formats
TS/SCI clearance

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
