The Opportunity:
As a Policy and Governance Analyst at Booz Allen, you will be part of a data modernization team that focuses on improving business and operational processes on a large scale using an Agile project framework. You will examine existing policies and regulations to evaluate their efficiency and update or draft amendments and regulations for the client as your team develops the roadmap toward new and innovative enterprise-wide processes and data governance procedures. You will be expected to use your knowledge of military policies and legal considerations related to policy development and governance to provide direction and advice to the government lead as new policies and regulations are drafted and published by your department. Lastly, you will need the ability to analyze documentation, have a basic understanding of data and technical processes, and utilize your experience and interpersonal skills to determine the best approach to collaborate with system owners and directorate stakeholders to help understand the impact and scope of the policies your department will be producing.

You Have:
- 5+ years of experience analyzing policy and governance
- 5+ years of experience with the Office365 Product Suite
- Ability to multitask with a high attention to detail
- TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor’s degree
Nice If You Have:
- Experience working in the Special Operations community
- Experience writing whitepapers at a Field Grade Officer level and above
- Knowledge of data governance and data management practices
- Possession of excellent organizational and planning skills
- Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Possession of excellent information-gathering and monitoring skills
- Possession of excellent interpersonal skills
- Master’s degree
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
