With the critical decisions made in our government and the military every day, we need a production manager like you to do just that. As a production manager, you use your specialized technical capabilities, regional experience, and your attention to detail to manage intelligence production to give your client the actionable intelligence and context they need. What You'll Work On:
Serve on the Production Team responsible for assisting with intelligence production, including the planning, execution, and timely dissemination of intelligence.
Assist in the management of production plans based on operational requirements and intelligence priorities.
Liaise with appropriate leadership, collection managers, and intelligence analysts to safeguard alignment between intelligence collection and production.
Accurately assist to advise and coordinate the assignment of production tasks to appropriate teams and analysts based on skill sets and mission requirements.
Assist the Production Chief to ensure production schedules are deconflicted across intelligence sections.
Assist Production Chief to guarantee products required formats, classification guidelines, and tradecraft standards while maintaining timeliness.
Understand command priorities and quickly adjust production timelines based on a dynamic environment.
Assist in the review of intelligence products for accuracy, relevance, and analytical rigor.
Assist in the implementation of standard operating procedures and certify adherence to tradecraft standards.
Assist in work with analytical teams to deconflict disagreements and oversee required changes.
Maintain communication with key partners.
Perform other intelligence support tasks as directed by the client.

You Have:
5+ years of experience working in an intelligence analysis, collection, or production environment in a military intelligence or civilian intelligence capacity
Experience working in intelligence at the operational and strategic levels
Experience managing intelligence production workflows, including planning, prioritization, task assignment, and review
Experience with analytic tradecraft
TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience in a multinational environment
Experience preparing and presenting intelligence assessments and briefs
Knowledge of ICD 203 and ICD 206
Knowledge of the European region
Ability to identify and collect data from disparate sources, analyze and extract key data and information, evaluate and monitor data quality, identify patterns and trends, and offer ways improve functionality, processes, and analytic methods
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
Master's degree
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,500.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
