Capability and Data Integrator

The Opportunity:

USEUCOM is standing up a modeling, simulation, and decision analytics program to produce and integrate operational modeling, simulation, and data analytics in support of Joint, Combined, and Coalition operations, planning, and decision-making. This new program will leverage digital technologies and analytic methodologies to inform planning, exercises, experiments, and wargames through models, simulations, and analytics of current and alternative operational environments, learn probable adversary actions and reactions, and understand the possible impacts to U.S., alliance, and partner forces’ ability to operate in the USEUCOM AOR.

You’ll be the Intelligence SME to help our team and client integrate intelligence data, reporting, and information with our analytics, modeling, and simulations capabilities. You’ll ensure that our models best reflect likely adversary actions and reactions to U.S. and Coalition operations, as well as be the belly-button between EUCOM and Intelligence Community stakeholders, and our operations-focused analytic team. Ideally, you’ll have experience analyzing the technical capabilities and their supporting TTPs of near-peer competitors within the USEUCOM AOR, and are able to clearly communicate those capabilities to operators, planners, and wargamers to help inform operational and strategic planning processes. Most of all, you’ll be the interface between the intel world, our modeling and simulation (M&S) efforts, and our customers within operations, planning, exercises, and wargaming to help drive multiple modernization efforts across the Combatant Command.

Join us. The world can’t wait.

You Have:

  • 5+ years of experience as an All-Source Intelligence Analyst or Science and Technology Intelligence (TECHINT) Analyst
  • Experience analyzing adversary military technologies, TTPs, and organizations within the USEUCOM AOR
  • Experience interpreting customer requirements and communicating technical topics clearly and concisely for non-technical customers
  • Experience supporting data-driven capability development efforts, including working with data scientists and developers
  • Ability to work independently with some guidance
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience working at a Combatant Command or Joint intelligence organization
  • Experience directly interfacing with operators and planners to brief and communicate intelligence analysis products and their impacts to operations
  • Experience with Python, R, JavaScript, or other programming languages, including Tech Excellence, Data Science 5K, or similar
  • Knowledge of near-peer non-kinetic operations and capabilities, including cyber, space, or IO
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
