Job Description
The Opportunity:
Cyber threats are evolving faster than ever, challenging global enterprises and government agencies to stay ahead of the risk curve. Amid this constant “cyber noise,” how can organizations truly understand their vulnerabilities and act decisively to protect their missions? That’s where you come in.
At Booz Allen, you’ll join a team that doesn’t just react to threats — we anticipate them. We’re looking for a Cyber Compliance Analyst to help our Air Force partners translate complex cyber challenges into clear, actionable strategies that strengthen mission resilience.
In this role, you’ll work closely with Air Force leaders to identify and assess cyber risks, interpret policy and compliance frameworks, and design practical mitigation plans. You’ll engage with engineers and subject matter experts to capture the full threat landscape, then communicate findings through tailored briefings, white papers, and implementation roadmaps that drive results.
You’ll help decision-makers understand security concepts in a way that empowers them to safeguard critical systems, infrastructure, and data — protecting what matters most. Along the way, you’ll deepen your expertise in cyber compliance, risk management, and defense operations within a collaborative, mission-focused environment.
Join us. The world can't wait.
You Have:
3+ years of experience with Air Force or DoD cyber vulnerability assessment and security tools
3+ years of experience with cyber vulnerability remediation and cyber risk analysis
1+ years of experience with DoD security technical implementation guidelines (STIGs) and Security Readiness Guidelines (SRGs)
Knowledge of the ATO process, the NIST 800-53 controls, and the Plan of Action and Milestone development
Ability to interpret cybersecurity policy and translate it into actionable compliance steps
Ability to coordinate with teams to gather inputs for the compliance artifacts
TS/SCI clearance
HS diploma or GED
DoD 8140 Level II Certification, such as Security+, CySA+, or CISSP
Nice If You Have:
Experience with systems or network administration
Experience in working with the Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS)
Experience with ACAS
Knowledge of STIG and compliance scans
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
Possession of excellent time management and analytical skills
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
