The Opportunity:

Bring your operational and tactical level analysis and program management expertise to collaborate and coordinate planning activities supporting Marine Corps Installations. Participate in planning venues, analyze data to solve problems, and implement programs and procedures. Provide research and analytical and technical expertise in developing operations, training events, and exercises. Provide subject matter expertise for deliberate planning and assist in the planning and coordinating operational activities supporting installation requirements.  

You Have:

  • 10+ years of experience with military operations planning and execution at the operational or strategic level

  • 5+ years of experience with project management 

  • Knowledge of the Marine Corps Planning Process (MCPP), Joint Planning Process (JPP), or the Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP)

  • Knowledge of INDOPACOM OPLANS and CONPLANS at the component level

  • Ability to work with senior staff members at the Joint, Combined, Service, and Tactical levels

  • Ability to coordinate executive staff-level boards, bureaus, centers, cells, and working groups to coordinate requirements from multiple stakeholders and advocate for those requirements as needed

  • Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers, information sources, and project team leaders, including foreign nationals

  • Secret clearance

  • HS diploma or GED 

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with Information Management

  • Ability to serve as a subject matter expert when responding to queries, editing, or providing comments on planning documents from other agencies

  • Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills, to document and clearly articulate detailed information on the scope, methodology, and results of planning

  • Bachelor's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
