The Opportunity:
Are you a versatile professional with expertise in communications, event coordination, and business operations? Do you have the skills and passion to support efforts that accelerate acquisition processes for the U.S. Army? On our team, you’ll assist the Program Manager with program support activities, developing clear and effective written materials, and coordinating events to strengthen connections between government and industry stakeholders.
In this role, you will play a key part in developing communication materials, drafting technical requirements documentation, and supporting the planning and execution of events. This position is located in Aberdeen, MD.
You Have:
2+ years of experience serving as a strategic communications professional, including crafting and delivering impactful messaging
Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams
Experience using basic AI tools to optimize workflows, improve efficiency, and enhance the delivery of client-focused solutions
Knowledge of strategic communications principles and best practices to ensure clarity, accuracy, consistency, and timeliness in messaging, processes, and deliverables
Ability to build and maintain client relationships while successfully collaborating across cross-functional teams
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,200.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
