On this team, you will also design and implement effective AI solution architecture and strategy utilizing approaches of various AI technologies and methods to address clients' business problems and needs, while complying with the organization’s strategies and business goals, and key ethical considerations. Applies leading-edge principles, theories, and concepts. Contributes to the development of new principles and concepts. Works on unusually complex problems and provides highly innovative solutions. Operates with substantial latitude for unreviewed action or decision as well as mentors or supervises employees in both firm and technical competencies.

You Have:
8+ years of experience engineering code in an object-oriented language, such as Python, C, C++, Go, Rust, Java, R, or Haskell
2+ years of experience working with algorithms, machine learning models, and/or MLOps to produce analytical or visual products
2+ years of experience working with Palantir Foundry
2+ years of experience building and maintaining scalable ETL pipelines to ingest, transform, and load data from multiple sources into a centralized data warehouse for analytics and reporting.
2+ years of experience performing data visualization
1+ years of experience with implementing advanced data science, natural language processing, or machine learning models
Ability to work with Dataframes utilizing Pandas, Polars, or PySpark as well as understanding data formats, such as JSON, Parquet, Avro, or CSV
Ability to understand SQL for querying databases
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
Nice If You Have:
Experience working with disparate data sources
Experience working in a team environment for git, GitLab, or GitHub
Experience with scaling data engineering across distributed computing clusters such as Apache Nifi, Spark, Dask, Airflow, or Luigi
Experience with SQL and NoSQL database technologies, such as Elasticsearch, Solr, Accumulo, Weaviate, ChromaDB, Typesense, Pinecone, Neo4j, AWS DynamoDB, PostgreSQL, Athena, Aurora, Redshift, MSSQL, MySQL, Oracle, or MongoDB
Ability to communicate and report findings and research clearly and concisely for clients
Possession of excellent teamwork skills
Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or ML Engineering
AWS, Google, Data Analytics, Machine Learning Engineer, or Solutions Architect Certifications
ML engineering, cloud architecture, software engineering, web development, or data science Certifications
Palantir Data Engineering Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
