As a defense mission professional, you’ll bring your strategic, analytical, and program management expertise as you lead a team on projects for defense enterprise and federal mission partners. You’ll research, develop, analyze, and support initiatives to advance mission‑driven outcomes, enable technology innovation, and strengthen data‑informed decision‑making across complex, high‑impact programs. You’ll be a trusted advisor to our clients, and we’ll look to you to identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies, processes, and technology transition efforts in support of service and joint missions.

You Have:
10+ years of experience providing executive‑level leadership for long‑range strategic planning, enterprise operations, and resource management within a large Department of Defense organization
Experience with modeling and simulation (M&S) standards, accreditation processes, and the role of M&S in operational test decision-making
Knowledge of DoD strategy, acquisition processes, and technology transition
Ability to advise senior stakeholders
Ability to conduct strategic analyses to project future capabilities and inform senior leadership on technology investments
Top Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience with USAF test and evaluation organizations, processes, and methodologies
TS/SCI clearance
Master’s degree
Program Management Professional (PMP) Certification
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $112,800.00 to $257,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
