Job Description
The Opportunity
As a senior analytics professional, you will lead analytic development, guide multi‑disciplinary teams, and shape the data strategy behind mission modernization. Working and leading other data scientist, you will architect end‑to‑end analytic workflows—data engineering, modeling, validation, cloud deployment—and translate mission needs into executable technical solutions.
You’ll design models that quantify system behavior, integrate multi‑INT and geospatial datasets, and implement AI/ML solutions optimized for real‑time operational use. You will ingest APIs, building statistical baselines and identifying deviations. You will oversee and provide techniques in the use of tools such as SQL, Python, Excel, FADE/MIST, and Jema. You will partner with agencies and teams to ensure analytic outputs match mission timelines and technical rigor, consistent with the advanced expectations for senior data scientists.
You will also contribute to technical approaches and modernization roadmaps that tie directly into mission requirements.
Join us. The world can't wait.
You Have
- Experience in data science, machine learning, or large‑scale distributed analytics
- Experience with geospatial analytics, multi‑INT fusion, or space‑system data integration
- Experience developing, validating, and operationalizing AI/ML models, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit‑learn
- Experience with distributed compute frameworks, such as Databricks and Spark, for high‑volume mission data
- Experience integrating models into production or mission‑critical workflows, including real‑time analytics
- Experience with cloud‑native AI/ML platforms such as AWS SageMaker and Azure ML
- Ability to lead analytic teams and mentor junior analysts or data scientists
- Ability to define analytic CONOPs, translate mission objectives into model requirements, and drive technical execution, and contribute to or lead WBS, RACI, BOE inputs, and enterprise‑level technical approaches
- Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
- HS diploma or GED
Nice If You Have
- Experience leading IC or DoD analytics for CCMDs or related mission partners
- Experience designing or governing enterprise‑level data architectures, catalogs, or metadata frameworks
- Experience with operator‑facing systems such as JEMA, FADE/MIST, or mission‑system modeling tools
- Experience developing modeling strategies for MTI, ISR, EW, or space‑domain mission data
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
- Google Professional Machine Learning Engineer Certification
- Azure Data Scientist Associate Certification
- AWS Certified Machine Learning – Specialty Certification
- TensorFlow Developer Certification
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
