In this role, you'll design and integrate intuitive user experiences for complex data science, data engineering, and software application solutions. You’ll be involved with the full spectrum of the digital creative process, including user research, information architecture, wireframing, rapid prototyping, interface design, and front-end development. Your experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineers, analysts, and mission stakeholders will ensure seamless integration between user interfaces and backend systems.

You Have:
5+ years of experience with UI/UX design, integration, and optimization for data science, data engineering, and software application solutions
Experience designing user interfaces, workflows, and visualizations for data-rich or operational systems
Experience with system integration using a variety of protocols, including JSON, REST, and XML
Experience with modern UI/UX design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
Knowledge of DoW operation centers workflows and processes
Ability to work seamlessly with operations customers and technical experts to optimize cross-functional solutions for user experience
TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor’s degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience with Palantir Foundry integration or data platforms
Experience with design, deployment, and management of cloud environments, including Microsoft Azure
Experience using or migrating CI/CD pipeline solutions or tools, including GitLab
Experience developing or contributing to design systems and reusable UI components
Experience with front-end development frameworks, such as React, JavaScript, or TypeScript-based frameworks
Possession of excellent emotional intelligence
Possession of excellent communication skills to engage effectively with senior stakeholders
Master’s degree
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
