AI and Data Integration & Modernization Analyst

The Opportunity:

As a leader in data integration and modernization you will play a pivotal role in the development and execution of technology and data strategies to enhance Marine Corps intelligence capacity and capability. We are looking for a collaborative self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit who takes ownership of projects and has a passion for process improvement and data-driven solutions. You will work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, scope, design, and implement appropriate technological solutions, and communicate progress to senior leadership. You will leverage your startup mentality, and conduct hands-on analysis to turn complex data into actionable insights.

How You’ll Contribute:
As a data analyst on our team, you’ll:

• Build and optimize data pipelines using supervised and unsupervised machine learning, neural networks, and advanced analytical methods.
• Deliver actionable insights for decision makers at the tactical edge.
• Collaborate with Combatant Commands and Technical SMEs to advance automation and innovation for the MC.
• Assess, improve, and integrate technical solutions supporting MC mission priorities.
• Evaluate AI and emerging technical capabilities across EUCOM and AFRICOM.
• Implement new technologies to enhance mission effectiveness.
• Provide strategic and predictive analytics using data from USAFRICOM, USEUCOM, and mission partners.
• Identify trends, generate assessments, make projections, and support intelligence products.
• Travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations as required.

You Have: 

• Experience with data exploration, data cleaning, data analysis, data visualization, data mining and analyzing structured and unstructured data sources
• Experience with statistical and general-purpose programming languages for data analysis
• Experience developing predictive data models, quantitative analyses, and visualization of targeted data sources
• Experience supporting DoW or Intelligence Community (IC) organizations, including at the Combatant Command level
• Knowledge of Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or Natural Language Processing
• Knowledge of text mining or machine learning techniques
• Ability to travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations up to 25% of the time
• TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience with data or computer science, Master's degree and 3+ years of experience with data or computer science, or 10+ years of experience with data or computer science in lieu of a degree

Nice If You Have: 

• Experience with Palantir and the Maven suite of applications and tools
• Knowledge of process automation tools such as Power Automate or RPA platforms
• Ability to design and implement data-driven solutions using tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and workflow automation platforms

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,500.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
