The Opportunity:
As an intelligence planner, you will use your specialized regional and functional experience and your attention to detail to assist in the development of campaign plans, contingency plans, crisis management options, and time-sensitive plans in accordance with the Advanced Planning and Execution System. Additionally, planners assist with intelligence operations feasibility assessments within the planning process. Demonstrate subject matter expertise in theater level military intelligence planning development and policy. Provide thorough understanding of Joint Intelligence Preparation of Operating Environment (JIPOE), how it supports Exercise and Scenario and Master Scenario Event List (MSEL) design and support, and how the various offices within MC contribute to and rely on products. Provide coordination, synchronization, and support across the Staff, Component Commands, and MC staff both for exercise and OPLAN and CONPLAN support.

You Have:
- 5+ years of experience in intelligence planning, including at the Combatant Command level
- 2+ years of experience at a Combatant Command, National-level Intelligence Agency, or Service Component
- Experience with joint and combined, multi-domain operations planning, campaign and contingency planning, developing and maintaining base plans, annexes, appendices, and tabs
- Experience with National Intelligence Support Plans, the Joint Staff, and Combat Support Agencies
- Knowledge of the Marine Corps and Joint Planning Process and its inputs and outputs, including JIPOE, Center of Gravity Analysis, Enemy Courses of Action, and Annex Bs
- Knowledge of IC-standard intelligence and production tools, databases, techniques, and platforms
- Knowledge of Joint, Bilateral, and Multilateral Exercises
- TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of experience as an intelligence professional, Master’s degree and 3+ years of experience as an intelligence professional, OR 10+ years of experience as an intelligence professional in lieu of a degree
Nice If You Have:
- Experience with contributing to data analysis to design relevant, accurate, and realistic exercise materials that result in improved organizational mission performance.
- Experience with the Marine Corps Planning Process (MCPP), the Joint Planning Process (JPP), and military decision-making process
- Experience with foreign or NATO planning and theater campaign strategies
- Experience with organizational leadership
- Ability to deliver exercise events that allow clients to discuss process initiatives and confirm viability or events that allow clients to physically practice and execute processes to confirm efficiency and understanding of performance and output expectations

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,500.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
