We’re looking for someone like you to help organizations solve their traditional business challenges with new digital strategies and solutions. 

As a digital transformation specialist on our team, you’ll be trusted to provide comprehensive support to directorate‑level operations by coordinating administrative workflows, managing Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) responsibilities, facilitating local and interagency coordination, and supporting digital transformation initiatives. This role ensures timely, accurate, and efficient movement of tasks from initiation through closeout, while enabling modernization and improved mission execution through digital process enhancement. by implementing [software and platforms, immersive technology, data management, and experience design. Using data analysis, defining technical requirements, coding language, or platform, you’ll work closely with key stakeholders and other technical professionals to implement transformative technology, business systems, processes, and software.

You Have:

  • Experience managing workflows, administrative processes, or task management at the directorate, enterprise, or mission level

  • Experience coordinating across interagency directorates and commands or multi‑stakeholder environments

  • Experience engaging with high‑ranking officials

  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint, and task or workflow systems

  • Experience handling GFE processes or equipment accountability workflows

  • Ability to manage directorate tasks from start to closeout with accuracy and timeliness

  • Ability to display initiative, act proactively to mitigate issues before escalation, and manage competing priorities

  • Ability to quickly learn and support digital platforms and process improvement technologies

  • Secret clearance

  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience in DoD, federal, or other mission‑oriented operational environments

  • Experience with digital transformation initiatives, modern workflow tools, or process modernization practices

  • Experience supporting senior leader engagements or protocol‑adjacent activities

  • Knowledge of cross‑functional coordination practices within defense or interagency operations

  • Possession of strong communication and coordination skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
