Naval Shipbuilding and Ship Repair Program Manager

Key Role:

Lead the planning and execution of major projects and contracts ensuring they meet Booz Allen’s strategic objectives as well as required technical and programmatic requirements. Coordinate internally with Firm leadership and your managers to recruit, hire, develop, and provide qualified staff for key NAVSEA and affiliated PEO projects. Perform growth and proposal work in a collaborative framework driving achievement of strategic plans.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience as a major program manager or deputy program manager in PEO USC, PEO Ships, or SEA 21
  • Knowledge of shipbuilding, weapons system acquisition, and OEM contracts
  • Ability to conduct business development activities
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience with business, capture, and proposal development, or Master’s degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of business development, capture, and proposal development
  • Ability to develop and lead teams to capture new work
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Master's degree in Business
  • DAWIA Level III Certification in Program Management, Production, Quality, and Manufacturing, Engineering, or Test and Evaluation

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $139,400.00 to $259,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
