As a systems engineer on our team, you’ll develop, operate, and maintain complex technology systems using engineering principles, theories, and concepts. You Have:
3+ years of experience with engineering programs
1+ years of experience writing technical documentation and creating design artifacts, including Systems Engineering Plans, Systems Requirements Documents, Requirements Traceability and Verification Matrices, and Technical Data Packages
Experience with the preparation, execution, and evaluation of System Engineering Technical Reviews
Knowledge of systems engineering processes
Ability to analyze customer capabilities, develop requirements, and manage these requirements throughout the project life cycle
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or Technology
Nice If You Have:
Experience with systems engineering for DoD projects or systems
Experience with Model Based System Engineering Systems
Experience with SysML Magic Draw, Cameo, or Innoslate
Ability to perform systems engineering services in all phases of a project life cycle
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
Master’s degree in Engineering, Science, or Technology
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $60,300.00 to $137,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
