Customer Success Manager, Mid

The Opportunity: 

As a Customer Success Manager, you will usher government teams through a standardized cloud migration onboarding journey by facilitating process briefings, liaising across technical teams, and creating customer experience resources. We’re looking for motivated individuals to support our clients as they modernize their IT infrastructure and meet their most challenging missions. 

 

In this role, you will collaborate with teammates and government product owners to ensure the successful cloud migration for applications and systems. You will apply your skills and experience with client management, Agile Methodologies, and knowledge management to prioritize customer experience initiatives and facilitate the acquisition of virtual machines for client missions.

You Have:  

  • 2+ years of experience with performing contract support with government agencies, including the DoD

  • Experience with Agile Framework Methodologies and tools, such as Atlassian Suite products 

  • Experience with the timely input of all data, comments, and documentation into a software project management tool for all projects, and with monitoring project schedules, providing technical process guidance and assistance, and assisting in design efforts 

  • Experience with facilitating scope, requirements, prioritization, and business process meetings with project stakeholders, including presenting epic and task prioritization and grooming, refining product backlog, and planning product deliverables

  • Experience with developing documents for IT applications, system specifications, and functional test plans according to existing standards and methodologies 

  • Knowledge of cloud technical concepts, best practices, and client solutions 

  • Ability to work with minimal guidance to drive, schedule, and execute efforts for new solutions, features, integrations, deployments, and operations 

  • Ability to drive and execute analyst tasks based on customer use cases, dependencies, and priorities

  • TS/SCI clearance

  • Bachelor’s degree

Nice If You Have:  

  • Experience with DoD or Army organizations 

  • Experience with case management technologies, such as ServiceNow or Salesforce 

  • Experience with cloud migration of IT systems or digital transformation 

  • Knowledge of cyber security concepts and DoD Risk Management Framework (RMF) 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field 

  • AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification 

  • Professional Scrum Master (PSM), Agile Practitioner, or Agile Project Delivery Management (APM) Certification

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $67,700.00 to $154,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
