Joint Tactical Coordinator

The Opportunity:

As a Joint Tactical Coordinator, you’ll bring your leadership, strategic, tactical, technical, DOTMLPF, MDMP, and Division-level expertise to work alongside thought leaders in training, exercises, and operations that will be supported by multiple forces. You’ll use your skills and expertise to improve Joint Force tactical integration through the Element of Joint Context (EJC) of Forces, Command and Control, Scenario Design, Exercise Control, Feedback, and All Domain. 

Work with us to incorporate capabilities from all Services, especially Air capabilities, to support Joint training and achieve exercise objectives. Air capabilities from the Navy, Air Force, and Marine Corps are essential to execute several of the key Joint operations conducted during JPMRC rotations, other exercises, and operations.

You Have:  

• 5+ years of experience in Joint operations

• Experience with operational planning at the division, corps, or theater level

• Experience as a planner or participant at a Combat Training Center

• Experience as a Pathfinder and Jumpmaster

• Ability to play a lead role in coordinating with the department and mission partners to ensure the resolution of tasks and activities

• TS/SCI clearance

• HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:  

• Experience as an air planner

• Experience in Joint Air and Special Operation Forces (SOF) integration

• Experience in the INDOPACOM AOR

• Experience operating at a Joint National Training Center (JNTC) accredited facility

• Knowledge of Army Multi-Domain Operations (MDO) and Joint All-Domain Operations

• Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,900.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
